My experience with Elizabeth during the process of searching for and purchasing a property in the city of Halifax was in one word simply fantastic. Let me provide some details.

I'm a person who was currently living (and have lived) my entire life in the province of Ontario. Approaching retirement, I decided I would look at the possibility of living my retirement years in Nova Scotia, and more specifically the city of Halifax.

I embarked on an online search using the MLS website after searching many possible properties, I was specifically looking for a condo, ended up contacting Elizabeth and explained to her my requirements.

To make a long story short, Elizabeth was amazing in providing me the details about properties I was interested in and most importantly offered and provided myself with virtual tour(s) of the properties. Remember I'm living in Ontario at this time, and the virtual tours were extremely professional and detail oriented. Hence giving an explicit view of the condo that enabled me to make the decision to purchase the property, without ever having physically stepping into the condo. Let me also say, if the agent was anyone else other than Elizabeth, I doubt I would ever have made the purchase in this manner. My trust in Elizabeth was that strong.

During the offer/acceptance process and afterwards until closing, Elizabeth provided the best hand-holding I have ever experienced as part of a real-estate purchase. No detail was too small to be addressed and even though we were communicating 100% online at all times, everything was completed smoothly. There were absolutely no last minute hiccups. Elizabeth ensured that all tasks on the property purchase check list were ticked.
